Your tasks include:

  • Project creation, order/contract review, project analyses
  • Project accounting, preparation of performance records
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Accounting, cash management
  • Procurement and stock-keeping of office/work materials
  • Carrying out secretarial tasks
  • Tasks within the scope of general, operational office organisation
  • Appointment and task management for the company and the management in particular
  • Personal and telephone communication with customers and guests
  • Participation in the preparation of offers, tenders and presentations
  • Correspondence

What you should bring with you:

  • successfully completed training in commercial administration
  • a good understanding of figures and operational contexts
  • structured, independent and conscientious working method
  • Organisational skills and joy for design
  • Reliability, prudence, commitment, team spirit
  • Confident use of relevant office software
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with DATEV (desirable)
  • English language skills (desirable)
